i guess i have to diffuse a situation before it gets out of hand. michelle and i are not broke up. i know a lot of boys were out there licking their chops, but, sorry, we are still together.

i've been slowly starting a work out regime. i rode my new bike to work two days ago and i began to do crunches and leg lifts. it's time to ditch the spare and start being more healthy.

since i started this entry with my girlie, i'll end it with her too. good luck to michelle on starting a new job today at gadzooks in the southland mall. be sure to buy lots of clothes from her.
