for the first time in my life, someone bought me flowers. it took me back a little, but it was still sweet. attached to the flowers was a copy of zoolander which i haven't seen yet and i look forward to watching it tomorrow.

today instead of taking a shower, i took an extra long bath. it was nice to just sit, relax and listen to music while i bathed. i had to fill the tub twice and i looked like a prune when i got done, but once and a while i love a hot bath. they are good when you need to think things through or just remember. it funny how life was once newe experiences and now it's more about remembering. what else can you experience that you haven't already experienced before. i can only name a few things.

i had a discussion with my ex-girlfriend karie today and she said, "what's a year?" i told her a lot. think of where you were a year ago and how you felt and the things you were doing a year ago. think of where you are now. a year can do a lot.
