if i'm still not back to work by may 18th, i'm bookin it out to chicago to see the weakerthans. if they are as good live as they are recorded it should make for an awesome show. it should be warming up for good by then too. i heart chicago in the summer.

darrian is doing fine so far. i hope it's not as serious as we think. it's just me wishful thinking, but hey, he's my dog. his usual spot. he's still spunky, which is good.

i might attempt hockey this sunday if any of the guys want to play. trial run. the knee feels pretty damn good, i just don't know if i should push it yet. i've been riding my bike a lot and it seems to not bother it, so maybe i'll try the skates.
