so the barbeque wasn't really a barbeque. a couple people showed up to eat and then everyone came over later. it was still nice to see everyone. some people i haven't seen in quite some time. the person whom i wanted to show up didn't and i was a little disappointed, but it's ok. i also just about cut off my finger trying to open a plastic container with a knife. yeah, it wasn't too smart or pretty.

i leave for california in two short days. i was supposed to have this vacation in march and i was supposed to go to the virgin islands. i'm not complaining about having a summer vacation, it's just funny how plans get changed.

i've been in a horrible mood lately. maybe it's good that i'm going away for a week by myself.
