it's official. i'm registered with the united states department of labor as an electrical apprentice. i signed up for my classes today also. i will be going on mondays and thursdays. i'll be taking, industrial applications of basic math principles and dc and ac electricity. i already had enough math credits, but i nee a refresher. i haven't had to use trig or algebra in almost 5 years. that's a lot of cobwebs. i'm so excited about this. i found out today that all the electrical departments will be going on 7 days 12 hours at the beginning of december. i start at $16.12 an hour, which means i'm losing about $4.00 an hour, so the 7/12's will help.

i stayed out too late last night. i think i'm gonna eat a little oatmeal and then crash out for a bit.

i'm going to research the adkins diet. my doctor says i need to shed 10-15 libby's. i hear you can do that in two weeks on that diet. it's such a non-p.c. diet. all meat, no carbs. there goes my idea of becoming vegan (inset sarcasm here).
