the boards are in place and the plastic is laid out except for the back. in a few hours i will be filling my ice rink up with water.

i'm a little irritated with this misconception of downriver. a friend got beat up last night and he blames downriver. what? i don't get it. i know there are a lot of meatheads around, but believe me, they exist outside of downriver. hell, i remember getting threatened at a party in rochester once when i was younger. it's a mentality, not an area. it exists everywhere. maybe this friend should not get so drunk and maybe he'd realize he was in a bad situation.

i finally have a voice back! it took almost a week, but it's back. it's still not 100%, but at this point, talking istead of squeeking is nice.
