what a crazy day yesterday. it started off at the wyandotte street fair with annie and i getting some grub on and then heading down to the trenton street fair to check out lisboa. that's when it started. the driniking i mean. we had a few beers and walked around after lisboa played and from there we went to the oak cafe. too many beers later i found myself hanging out at the lisboa loft in detroit. the funny thing about that is i went for a skate on a skateboard. i think it's been at least ten years since i even rode one. i somehow managed not to fall. we ended up at the detroiter bar and downloaded slayer songs into their "get songs off the internet" jukebox. what a crazy night. i'm not cut out for that stuff like i did when i was a much younger man.

in a few minutes, i'll be heading out in search of a new kitten. with all these old pets i had dying on me, i want a young one to be all spunky and full of life. it will be nice to get my toes attacked at 4:30 in the morning because i rolled over. kittens are so much fun and well, just so darn cute.

going to go see my brother's new band tonight. he's still in chasing, he was invited to jam with a couple of guys and he likes the stuff they write. they are called (and i hope i spell this right) disgraziata. it's italian and it means "bad omen". i will be attending this event without any alchohol thank you very much. i need to give my body a rest after yesterday.
