so, yeah, i blew off work today. i woke up at about 5:30am or so with horrible stomach cramps. i heard my alarm clock go off from the bathroom. i'm sure you can figure out the rest. i ended up sleeping until almost 1. i finally feel good enough to go do something.

these 12 hour days are horrible. i'm glad they stop in a week. i get a two week break and then (no and then!) i get to start college again! third time's a charm is what they say. i'll get my degree in applied science (electrical studies). i can't wait to hang that baby up on the wall.

i have to be very careful. i'm finding myself content these days. the calm before the storm. that's how i take it.

i found an ho scale model of a blast furnace online today. i could build my own zug island! they even have trains that look like national steel trains. they even make a coke plant. i could pollute the hell out of it and have an ho scale version of our beloved island resort. yeah, i'm a dork.
