i don't understand why, at the age of 23, someone would want to start smoking. it doesn't help that the person is asthmatic. i guess he doesn't remember sleeping in oxygen tents when he was a baby and not being home for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. i guess the pressure was too much and he finally caved into it. i thought people moved past that sort of thing after your teenage years, but i guess not. it's not my life and it's not my next trip to the hospital because i can't breathe.

i cannot believe that this summer is over. i saw the sign by our local high school that said. "we'll see you on tuesday!" i thought summer just started last week. wow, it flew by.hardly any hockey this summer. booooooooooo. it's okay, because i think i might play with some guys from work. they have a league dedicated to guys who work swing shift.

the word for today is: muggy. holy bananas, i can cut the humidity with a knife. i emptied my dehumidifier this morning and it's already full.

i need to eat.....
